- Deliver a Safety, Health, and Environment culture and role model behaviors by following safety procedures and using Personal Protective Equipment.
- Ensure safety by not endangering oneself or others under any circumstance: “we work safely, or we do not work”.
- Escalate issues and implement solutions to impact quality losses.
- Perform all maintenance interventions in a manner that protects product quality, paying special attention to contamination from oils, fats, or foreign objects (hard plastic, dirt, etc.).
- Contribute to team engagement plan implementation.
- Eliminate equipment abnormalities and actively participate in correcting all major or minor defects.
- Develop knowledge of machines by being available on production lines and sharing observations with operators.

For this role as a Technician, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- 2 to 5 years in a processing industry.
- Mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, or electronics experience.
- Knowledge of automation.
- Proficiency with Pack Office, SAP, PRS, or machine interface software.
· Technical certification or higher (as per local legislation).
