We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our team at Cititel Express Ipoh, a leading hotel in Ipoh Perak. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay. This is a full‑time position based in Ipoh Perak.

Key responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
  • Operations Oversight: Supervise daily operations, including cleaning and laundry services, and coordinate staff assignments and schedules.
  • Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and requisition new stock as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and budgets.
  • Guest Services: Respond to and resolve guest complaints and maintain lost‑and‑found procedures.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and front office, to ensure seamless operations.
