Job summary

A leading plastic manufacturing company in Kapar is seeking a qualified individual with 2–5 years of experience in injection moulding or related machine operations. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining injection moulding machines, conducting inspections, and collaborating with production teams. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork and communication skills, along with the ability to troubleshoot and interpret technical drawings.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in injection moulding or related machine operations.
  • Knowledge in machine setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
  • Ability to operate 2–3 axis robot arms is an added advantage.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in quality control (QC) or process improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot injection moulding machines.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Set up and adjust moulds and machine parameters.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the production team for output and quality targets.
