Responsibilities / What we want you to do
  • Achieve monthly and annual property sales targets set by management
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presentation, negotiation, booking, and closing
  • Conduct property sales presentations, site visits, and show unit tours for prospective buyers
  • Follow up on sales leads generated through marketing campaigns, property agents, digital platforms, and walk-ins
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and business partners
  • Provide professional consultation on property features, pricing, and financing options
  • Assist purchasers throughout the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) signing and housing loan application process
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Support property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on sales campaigns, promotions, and online lead conversion
  • Maintain proper documentation for sales bookings, purchaser details, and payment schedules
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Requirements / What we need from you
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or related fields
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and agents
  • Passionate about property sales and real estate industry
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team
  • Possess own transport and willing to work weekends/public holidays (off days in lieu provided)
