Oversee end-to-end sales administration, including booking forms, Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation, and related records
Ensure all sales documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within stipulated timelines
Maintain systematic physical and digital filing of sales and purchaser records
Prepare and monitor sales reports, booking status updates, and management summaries
Coordinate housing loan processes with purchasers, financial institutions, and internal sales teams
Track loan submissions, approvals, and disbursements, ensuring adherence to SPA and company timelines
Follow up on outstanding documentation and resolve financing-related issues efficiently
Act as the key liaison with solicitors, bankers, real estate agents, and purchasers on sales and financing matters
Monitor SPA execution, loan documentation progress, billing milestones, and related deliverables
Coordinate handover documentation and supporting processes when required
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, developer regulations, and internal policies
Support internal audits, management reviews, and regulatory checks
Identify and recommend improvements to sales administration and financing workflows
Provide administrative support for project launches, promotions, and sales events
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of price lists, financing packages, and sales tracking tools
Fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply; relevant sales administration or property-related experience will be an added advantage
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage documentation and multiple tasks efficiently
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team
