5‑day work (Monday – Friday)

Job Responsibilities
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts.
  • Weld small and large components such as panels, hollow, and frames.
  • Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job.
  • Assess welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors.
  • Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat‑resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.
  • Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature.
  • Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
  • Take and read measurements.
  • Always follow specifications and instructions for maximum efficiency.
  • Set up components for welding.
  • Align components using calipers, rulers, etc., and clamp the pieces.
  • Report damages on machines and equipment.
  • Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws.
  • Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Institute of Technical College or Polytechnic in welding.
  • Able to perform TIG / MIG welding.
  • 2 years’ experience in welding sheet metal in a metal production manufacturing environment.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Ability to recognize weld symbols.
  • Knowledge of manual and mechanical welding techniques.
  • Knowledge of safety & quality awareness.
  • Self‑driven and self‑motivated, pleasant personality, and a team player.
