Job description

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Ensure accurate inventory management, conduct regular stock counts, and investigate discrepancies.

Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety and compliance.

Manage the warehouse team, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and motivation.

Coordinate with transportation providers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Monitor key warehouse metrics (e.g., inventory turnover, order accuracy, on-time delivery) and propose improvements.

Drive process optimization and cost-control initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Handle exceptions, including damaged goods, stock variances, returns, and urgent orders.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience; FMCG experience highly desirable.

Proficient with warehouse management systems, ERP systems, and standard office software.

Strong team management, communication, and coordination skills.

Highly responsible, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
