🕘 Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm | Sat 9:00am–1:00pm

💰 Salary: Up to RM5,000

About the Role

We are hiring a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations for our e‑commerce / FMCG cosmetics business. The role involves supervising staff, handling high-volume orders, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound & outbound warehouse operations
• Supervise ~10 warehouse staff; manage attendance, discipline, and productivity
• Handle high-volume orders (3,000+ daily; up to 10,000+ during 11.11 / 12.12)
• Ensure stock accuracy, fast‑moving SKU control, and warehouse cleanliness
• Use basic WMS / inventory systems and prepare simple daily reports
• Coordinate with logistics partners and drivers, including early pickups during peak periods

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as Warehouse Supervisor / Coordinator
• Background in E‑commerce, FMCG, or high-volume fulfillment
• Hands‑on leadership style (shop‑floor focused)
• Familiar with inventory systems / basic WMS
• Able to work OT during peak sales campaigns
• Mandarin‑speaking candidates preferred
