Job description

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distribution.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and regularly conducting stock count.
• Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and costing reduce.
• Plan and organize warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with the logistics and transportation, to ensure on time delivery of goods to outlets and customer.
• Providing regular reports and updates to superior on warehouse performance and any issues or concerns.
• Willing to assist any other ad hoc task assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics role.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
