Job summary

A logistics and warehouse company in Jasin, Melaka, is seeking a candidate to manage daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include handling material inbound and outbound, conducting stocktaking, and maintaining warehouse order. The ideal candidate should have a secondary school education, be detail-oriented, and possess teamwork skills. Experience in warehouse operations and proficiency in basic office software are advantageous. This is an essential role to ensure efficient warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Required to handle physical materials.
• Education: Secondary school or above.
• Familiar with warehouse operations; working experience in logistics/warehouse is an advantage.
• Computer literate, able to use basic office software (Excel / Word).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading, sorting, and shelving of goods; maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
• Conduct monthly stocktaking and prepare inventory reports, reconciling any discrepancies.
• Assist in arranging and optimizing warehouse storage space to improve efficiency.
• Manage and update inventory system data to ensure accuracy.
• Support daily logistics tasks and carry out other duties assigned by the superior.
