A leading beverage company is seeking a Warehouse Flow Controller in Negeri Sembilan. The role involves managing stock movements, maintaining warehouse efficiency, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Candidates should have a degree in supply chain or logistics, with at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems is required. Department: Warehouse & Inventory
Reports to: Warehouse & Inventory Manager
Manage daily warehouse stock movements (inbound and outbound) to ensure completeness of data, accuracy, and timeliness in all system entries.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping and storage discipline, regularly reviewing and monitoring space utilization to optimize warehouse capacity.
Support inventory accuracy by ensuring correct stock allocation and alignment between system records and physical inventory.
Collaborate with Inventory, Operation and OMS teams to ensure clearance and allocation are carried out according to customer requirements.
Monitor SKU depletion in accordance with the FEFO principle to prevent jump batch issues and ensure proper stock rotation.
Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, supporting daily achievement of the Case Fill Rate (CFR) target.
Collaborate with hardware and software teams to troubleshoot system issues.
Expected Outcome - Target System downtime or disruptions resolved promptly. Smooth system operation with minimal impact on warehouse activities & effective communication between operational and IT teams.
Diploma/ bachelor's degree in supply chain, Warehouse Management, Logistics or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain operations.
Proficient in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of warehouse key processes and operations, especially in FMCG setup.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to dynamic warehouse operations.
Please note that this role will be required to work in shifts and 12 working hours per day with OT.
