Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and distributing goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to minimize waste.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, safety standards, and ensure compliance with HACCP and OSHA regulations.
• Monitor and improve warehouse layout, workflow, and storage efficiency.
• Liaise and coordinate with other departments such as procurement, sales, logistics to align warehouse activities.
• Oversee stocktaking and cycle counting processes.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory and staff performance related report.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess at least Diploma or Degree in Warehousing or related field.
• Preferably with candidates specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of working experience in warehouse and inventory operations, preferably within a logistics/supply chain or distribution environment.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge and understanding with WMS / ERP system.
• Computer literate, good kills with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
