A leading digital marketing firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in graphic design. Responsibilities include producing content for social media, optimizing visuals for digital channels, and collaborating with marketing teams. A strong portfolio and proficiency in design tools are essential. This role offers the opportunity to work in a creative and dynamic environment.
Content Creation: Produce engaging visual content such as videos, graphics, photos, and digital assets for social media, ads, and other marketing channels.
Platform Optimization: Create and optimize content specifically for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and other digital channels by understanding current trends, audience behaviour, and platform best practices.
Creative Development: Propose fresh, innovative ideas to enhance content performance, improve engagement, and support campaign objectives.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials follow company branding, messaging, and marketing guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, copywriting, and creative teams to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and overall content direction.
Iterative Improvement: Refine and improve creative outputs based on internal feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of creative materials, including photos, videos, design files, and other visual assets.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest social media, design, photography, and advertising trends to ensure our content remains competitive and relevant.
Special Projects: Assist with additional tasks or special initiatives as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in advertising or digital marketing.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of ad designs.
Knowledge of digital advertising formats and specifications (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
Good knowledge in skincare product would be advantage.
Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
