Job description

Join Maxis as a Protégé Trainee in the Verification Unit, supporting network and ICT projects with a focus on site verification and reporting.

Your Role

• Conduct physical site verification of projects following established work processes and planning.
• Carry out verification activities and prepare weekly activity reports.
• Prepare and submit verification reports using prescribed formats or templates.
• Utilize facilities at the nearest NADI office for report preparation.
• Conduct and record interviews with project customers.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications), Computer Engineering & Communication Systems, Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering, or Electronic Engineering (Communications).
• Experience in network management, technical support, or ICT project management is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel and possess own transportation.
