Job summary

A property consultancy firm based in Selangor is looking for a dedicated professional to manage client relationships, conduct market research, and assist with valuation projects. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Estate or Property Management and possess at least two years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. Own transportation is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new clients and maintaining good relationships.
• Conducting cold calls and market research.
• Preparing proposals and documentation for valuation projects.
• Assisting in day-to-day inspections and valuation workings.

Skills
