Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Planning and Execution: Responsible for developing marketing strategies for third‑party new marketing channels, ensuring consistency between online and offline marketing activities, enhancing the sales capabilities of offline stores, and improving brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Market Trends and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends such as new marketing and consumer preferences to maintain the cutting‑edge nature and innovation of marketing strategies; analyze competitors' marketing strategies, identify opportunities and threats, and develop response strategies.
  • Empowering Marketing Capabilities such as TikTok: Responsible for empowering the online marketing capabilities of all operating units nationwide, conducting unified planning and construction of the end‑to‑end operation chain of new marketing in terms of standards, processes, mechanisms, and tools, ensuring continuous iteration of new marketing capabilities.
  • Key Brand Introduction, Cooperation, and Negotiation
  • Marketing Effectiveness Optimization: Coordinate data analysis and insights for new marketing activities such as TikTok, regularly evaluate the execution effect of new marketing activities, promptly identify trends or anomalies, optimize marketing strategies, and improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Budget Management and Performance Analysis: Prepare and manage marketing budgets to ensure reasonable resource allocation and cost‑effectiveness; regularly evaluate the ROI (Return on Investment) of marketing activities and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • OMO (Online‑Merge‑Offline) New Marketing Projects: Participate in project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
