URGENT Multiple Hiring - Property Coordinator

Multiple positions available:

1. Maintenance Coordinator & Site Supervisor

• Coordinate and schedule building maintenance tasks with contractors and internal teams
• Supervise renovation works on-site to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements
• Conduct site inspections before, during, and after renovation to ensure work is done according to standards
• Monitor project progress and ensure renovation timelines are met
• Handle residents’ and clients’ maintenance or renovation-related requests professionally
• Maintain accurate records, reports, quotations, and work documentation

2. Operations Coordinator

• Support day-to-day building operations and administrative tasks
• Liaise with residents, vendors, and internal departments
• Assist in preparing reports and operational documentation
• Ensure smooth execution of operational procedures
