This role involves deploying the employer value proposition, engaging in branding initiatives, and building networks with universities. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in branding and communications, with a degree in Business or HR. This Position reports to:
This position will be for a two‑year fixed‑term contract with ABB.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid, Onsite.
This role contributes across all Business Areas in the region and is based out in Malaysia. Main stakeholders are Talent Acquisition Community, Business Leaders, HRBPs and Employees.
