Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee The purpose of this role is to support underwriters in reviewing documents, processing applications, and determining acceptance or rejection based on company guidelines. Additionally, the role involves assisting with underwriting various products, triaging inquiries, preparing underwriting information, and ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.

Your New Role:
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.
  • Regularly collect, compile, and analyze market information to share with the team.
  • Support credit control in payment collection by coordinating with intermediaries.
  • Support the tracking, reporting, and analyze the team's referrals, backlogs, and productivity.
  • Be the digital ambassador of the team.
  • Recommend initiatives to streamline policies and processes.
  • Provide interpretation and advice on policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate data in relevant systems and databases.
  • Deliver business results by meeting operational KPIs and ensuring risk awareness and governance.
About You:
  • Fresh graduates with Engineering degrees, ideally in Civil, Chemical, or Electrical disciplines.
  • Be fluent in English and able to articulate ideas confidently.
  • Be comfortable engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Strong Knowledge in Excel is always an added advantage.
  • Experience with underwriting and insurance coursework.
