A leading customer service provider is hiring for a Customer Service role in the Branded Fashion Industry located in Ara Damansara, Malaysia. The position involves handling inquiries via live chat and social media while ensuring exceptional customer service. Candidates with at least an SPM and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Rotational shifts and extensive training are provided to ensure staff succeed in their roles. The workplace is equipped with staff recognition, career programs, and a pleasant working environment.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (5 working days per week)
Handling all live chats or social media pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Handle customer market from Italy.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above.
Required language(s): English
Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch for rest.
