Treatment Coordinator (Dental Aesthetic Clinic)

The Treatment Coordinator acts as the bridge between clinical care and patient experience. The role is to educate patients on treatment options, build trust, and drive clinic revenue through effective communication, upselling of aesthetic treatments, and patient retention strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Explain treatment plans clearly (clear aligners, implants, veneers, whitening, etc.).
  • Provide product knowledge on dental care items (oral hygiene aids, whitening kits).
  • Use visual aids (before/after photos, brochures, digital simulations).
  • Identify opportunities to recommend aesthetic treatments aligned with patient needs.
  • Present financing options and packages to increase case acceptance.
  • Track conversion rates from consultation to treatment acceptance.
  • Follow up with patients post-treatment (calls, messages, check-ins).
  • Promote loyalty programs, recall visits, and maintenance treatments.
  • Ensure patients feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
  • Coordinate with dentists and nurses to ensure smooth treatment flow.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
  • Assist in scheduling, payment processing, and treatment plan documentation.
