Job summary

A financial services company in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a candidate to handle various financial reporting and coordinating tasks. The role entails preparing and reviewing financial documents, liaising with internal departments and external parties like bankers, and ensuring all financing agreements are properly filed. Job description

Prepare, review, and update daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (bankers, solicitors, company secretaries) on financial related matters.

Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all financing agreements, legal documents, CP documents, and correspondence.

Assist in preparing documents required for bank financing applications.

Prepare and compile financial information requested by bankers (bank statements, management accounts, financial reports and etc).

Follow up closely with bankers on application status, approvals, conditions precedent (CP), and disbursement timelines.

Liaise with internal departments (project, sales, accounts) to gather documents needed for financing purposes.

Perform any other tasks related to financing and treasury support as assigned.

Competency Requirements

Strong organizational skills, able to compile large sets of documents accurately.

Good communication skills, especially when dealing with the external parties such as bankers/solicitors.

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Basic understanding of financing terms (interest rates, CP, facility types).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong confidentiality and professionalism.

Willingness to learn and explore.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business or any equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document preparation.

Familiarity with loan applications, bank requirements, and financial documents is an added advantage.

Good command of English and Bahasa. (Mandarin would be an added advantage).
