What You Will Do:

• Responsible for Treasury global payment process, executing payments for third party payments and treasury payments including confirmation with bank of required net settlements.
• Execution of intercompany company payments over In House Bank and External Banks.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and banking partners for relevant processes.
• Maintenance of exchange rates, interest rates as required for treasury system.
• Manage weekly/monthly factoring and financing reports.
• Support internal/external audit inquiries.
• Manage banking structure and user administration of the Group’s.
• Support any implementation and enhancement of the Treasury Management System(TMS)
• Manage administration of Concur Globally.
• Initiate and take part in improvement projects;
• Maintain and update procedures and working instructions with respect to Treasury.
• Support any management project implementation from Treasury Function

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

• Experienced in Treasury Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management System (TMS)
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook) and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and Intercompany Settlement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact effectively with cross functional teams across the organization.
• Self-driven, strong team player and able to work independently.
• Willing to work in the EMEA shift (around 1pm-10pm MY Time) with flexibility.
