Job description

Join our team and play an important role in managing daily transportation operations. This position involves coordinating truck bookings, liaising with customers and transport partners, monitoring delivery progress, and ensuring smooth operational and billing processes. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced logistics environment and hands‑on operational work.

Responsibilities

• Booking transport as per customer request.
• Supporting customers by finding additional truck requests for exceptional cases.
• Finding replacement truck if existing truck breaks down or transporter unable to provide a replacement.
• Providing truck details to operation in advance for smooth loading.
• Closely following up all deliveries with transporter and updating delivery status to customer time to time.
• Immediately investigating any issue during delivery and updating customer or transporter by email.
• Updating transporter tracker and forwarding to transporter on month end to verify.
• Setting selling and buying rates, monitoring transport margin for each delivery and updating accurately in transport billing report folder.
• Following up and ensuring all transporters submit invoices within the same month for checking and verification.
• Verifying transport invoice before submitting to finance department.
• Updating all delivery status in TMS if required in future.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years working experience in relevant fields.
• Special knowledge in a Transport Management System and ISO 9001:2015 Management System.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-driven individual, and can work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS office, especially advanced in Excel (Vlookup).
