SMARTBUILDERS CONTRACTOR SDN.BHD.' is seeking an experienced Translator to join our dynamic team based in Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Translator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication and information exchange between our clients and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing
  • Translating a wide range of documents, including contracts, manuals, reports, and correspondence, from English to Malaysian Languages and vice versa
  • Ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness of all translated materials
  • Providing interpretation services during meetings, phone calls, and other client interactions
  • Maintaining consistent terminology and style across all translated materials
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to understand technical or industry-specific content
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest translation tools and techniques
  • Delivering high-quality work within agreed-upon timelines
What we're looking for
  • Fluency in both English and Malaysian Languages, with excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • At least 3 years of professional translation experience, preferably in the administrative or office support industry
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain consistency in terminology and style
  • Proficient in using translation software and other digital tools
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment
