Job Purpose
To Support Technical and Manufacturing requirements of LnD process and practices in ensuring competent workforce.
Execution of L&D Action Plan
- Ensure compliance on all established flow and mechanism in place and working at respective site at all times.
- Perform Audit at designated site to ensure compliance and sustainability of all L&D programs and activities design and develop by group level.
Mapping of Skills and needs Requirements.
- Assist in Mapping the skills and needs requirements of all required program and initiative introduce by the organization or Lnd which regards to workers’ functional competency development together with LnD HOD.
- Execute the required interventions both training and non-training after each cycle of needs requirements.
- Engage the required stakeholders together with LnD Technical Manager to understand new requirements from time to time especially for production and PEM related areas.
Instrumental Design
- Design and Develop required Learning material (Technical and manufacturing best practices related) based on the agreed forms and format for both conventional and e-Learning requirements [Teaching slide, Assessment and Evaluation] as assigned.
- Work with the respective stake holders and update the content of the Learning Material from time to time to reflect current work requirements or whenever there are changes in practices.
- Co-Develop Program and Interventions required to address Function Competence GAP after each assessment cycle with Lnd HOD.
Facilitation
- Facilitate and conduct the required Learning program (Approved Manufacturing Best Practices and Technical related) and ensure the delivery meets its objective.
- Support to Train and Develop Site KOJT facilitators (Production), Lead Trainers(PEM) and Site Technical trainer (Site LnD) to develop their teaching capabilities.
LnD Programs Effectiveness
- Conduct Audit on all interventions established, to gauge effectiveness of all training related programs as per established plan.
- Ensure all the mechanisms established are in place and working for both group and respective site level. Take meaningful actions if there are adverse findings.
- Work with the respective stakeholders and site Lnd to ensure action taken being monitored and reviewed from time to time for closure.
LnD Reports and Analytics
- Populate required analytics and report as per agreed requirements.
- Ensure integrity of data and report populated. Data and report presented as per agreed format and timeline.
Requirements
- Degree holders in Mechanical/ Mechatronics or Engineering related.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Engineering or Manufacturing related industry.
- Tech savvy in using MS Power Point, Excel, Words. Basic image & video editing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and good with data/statistics to present L&D insights to site management.
