Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand the purpose, requirements and budgetary guidelines of company work trips and incentive trips.

Develop comprehensive tour itineraries and proposals that align with the objectives and budgetary guidelines of each trip.

Research and select appropriate transportation options, including flights, trains, buses, and private vehicles, to ensure efficient and cost‑effective travel arrangements.

Coordinate with hotels and other accommodation providers to secure bookings and negotiate favorable rates for the company.

Arrange for ground transportation services, such as arranging for airport transfers, local transportation, and any necessary vehicle rentals to facilitate smooth travel logistics.

Select and liaise with tour guides to provide insightful and engaging experiences during the trips.

Liaise with local restaurants and dining establishments to organize meals and catering services, taking into account dietary preferences and restrictions.

Ensure compliance with all necessary travel regulations, health and safety guidelines, and legal requirements.

Monitor and manage travel budgets, ensuring expenses are within allocated limits.

Provide ongoing support to travelers, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the trips.

Conduct post‑trip evaluations and gather feedback from employees to continuously improve the tour operations process.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in tour operations, travel planning, or a similar role, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel logistics, including flight and hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, and tour planning.
  • Familiarity with destination management companies (DMCs) and tour operators.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable rates and terms from vendors and service providers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using travel management software and online booking platforms.
