Develop comprehensive tour itineraries and proposals that align with the objectives and budgetary guidelines of each trip.
Research and select appropriate transportation options, including flights, trains, buses, and private vehicles, to ensure efficient and cost‑effective travel arrangements.
Coordinate with hotels and other accommodation providers to secure bookings and negotiate favorable rates for the company.
Arrange for ground transportation services, such as arranging for airport transfers, local transportation, and any necessary vehicle rentals to facilitate smooth travel logistics.
Select and liaise with tour guides to provide insightful and engaging experiences during the trips.
Liaise with local restaurants and dining establishments to organize meals and catering services, taking into account dietary preferences and restrictions.
