We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Tour Operator Executive to join W Travel & Tours, based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. As a Destination Management Company (DMC) specialising in customised wellness and luxury travel, this role focuses on delivering personalised, end-to-end travel experiences for local and international clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and coordinate tailor‑made travel and wellness packages for individual and group clients
• Arrange end‑to‑end services including airport transfers, accommodation, treatment appointments, and leisure itineraries
• Liaise with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and trusted partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements
• Prepare itineraries, quotations, and relevant travel documentation
• Coordinate the application of travel documents, such as visas, when required
• Handle customer enquiries and bookings with a strong focus on service excellence
• Support marketing activities and participate in local and international travel fairs, exhibitions, and events when required
• Work closely with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Prepare regular operational and booking reports, and update management on project status, client feedback, and operational matters

What We’re Looking For

• Familiarity with travel booking systems and basic CRM toolsExperience in DMC or wellness/medical tourism is an advantage
