Job summary

A local Malaysian company seeks a Tool Depot Warehouse Executive to oversee stock management and ensure compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include preparing kit replenishment orders, maintaining stock levels, and issuing purchase requisitions. Candidates should have at least 4-5 years of warehouse experience, good knowledge of general tooling, and proficiency in MS Office applications. Additional certifications like OGSP or CIDB are a plus. Candidates must be physically fit and possess their own transport.

Qualifications

  • Language requirement: English (spoken and written).
  • OGSP or CIDB certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Kit Replenishment Orders.
  • Maintain consistent stock levels per TCTP requirements.
  • Issue Purchase Requisitions based on stock needs.
  • Perform Goods Receipt (GR) with proper procedures.
  • Regularly update replacement costs.
  • Track invoices for timely supplier payments.
  • Manage invoicing of rental space.
  • Act as local TCTP Administrator.
  • Manage certification and calibration processes.
  • Ensure compliance with processes and regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare Kit Replenishment Orders.
  • Maintain consistent stock levels in accordance with TCTP minimum stock requirements.
  • Issue Purchase Requisitions based on TCTP minimum stock and special requirements from Tool Maintenance, following internal guidelines and processes.
  • Perform Goods Receipt (GR), including labeling, conservation, and proper storage.
  • Regularly update replacement costs.
  • Track invoices to ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Handle invoicing of rental space to other departments.
  • Act as local TCTP Administrator.
  • Manage certification and calibration processes (shipping and receiving).
  • Ensure full adherence to relevant processes, standards, and regulations.
Your Profile
  • Minimum SPM.
  • Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a warehouse‑related position.
  • Good knowledge of General Tooling.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
