Job Summary

We are looking for high‑calibre candidates to join the Supply Chain team on a 6‑month Internship Program. If you aspire to develop your career in Logistics and Supply Chain, we welcome you to join our vibrant team.

The intern will be based in Malaysia, reporting to the Customer Service & Design Manager. You will have the opportunity to work across the different departments and explore the areas in Supply Chain Operations.

What you will do

• Support the Customer Service team in Secure Order Fulfilment Packaging Material (OFPM) execution – ensuring all customers’ orders are fulfilled with a highly positive customer experience.
• Participate in the order‑fulfilment process which includes order management, design administration, invoicing, claim administration and logistics.
• Work with the Key Account team to deliver a highly positive customer experience.

We believe you have

• Completing or completed degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration. Master’s students are welcome to apply.
• A people person with the ability to build good rapport with customers.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
• Mastery in Microsoft Excel application is an added advantage.
• Humble and fun‑loving.
