Role Title: Test Analyst

Role Overview

• Proven track record as an outstanding test analyst with end‑to‑end testing experience.
• Capable to define the Test Strategy & Test Plan document, to design the test cases and prepare the testers for UAT.
• Understand application business area and application requirements, specifically in the banking environment.
• Experience in managing user acceptance testing (UAT) in both an Agile and Waterfall delivery environment.
• Hands on experience in test planning, test execution, test management, defect tracking skill and test progress reporting including using a variety of test management tools.
• Strong experience in SIT and UAT coordination across multi‑phase projects (Agile preferred). Business Analyst background is advantageous.

Experience & Certification

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Unix, UAT, SQL queries, Mantis, Data Migration.
• ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level (CTFL) is nice to have (candidates working toward it are also encouraged).
• Candidate with experience in Banking domain OR (Insurance / Financial Services industry) is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin OR Cantonese is a MUST.
