MAIN JOB FUNCTION

Responsible for tendering & contract management processes and ensuring compliance with company standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in new business pursuits, including contract strategy development.
  • Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, corporate policies, and business unit procedures.
  • Ensure all proposal, tender, and contracting activities comply with legislation, company policies, and best practices.
  • Handle corporate ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
  • Compile and review information for technical and commercial proposals in tender submissions.
  • Ensure timely submission of claim documents.
  • Propose project pricing and profitability for tender preparation.
  • Prepare budget and costing for awarded projects.
  • Manage pre- and post-contract processes and administration.
  • Attend site evaluations and commercial-related meetings.
  • Perform quantity take-off and prepare Bills of Quantities / costing.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and project management teams for claim certification.
  • Prepare and manage contract correspondence and resolve claims, variation orders (VO), and other contract matters.
  • Review and certify claims from sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Participate in contractual reviews and risk assessments for pre-tender and awarded projects.
  • Assist in preparing agreements, letters of award, and other contract documents.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior/Management.
Requirements
