Job summary

A local recruiting firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a sales representative to proactively engage customers through outbound calls and promote Micro SME products and services. The ideal candidate will use effective sales tools and demonstrate strong communication skills to generate interest and close sales leads. Responsibilities include managing leads, preparing for calls, and ensuring sales targets are met. An understanding of the company's culture and products is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers to push Micro SME products and services.
  • Use sales tools and product knowledge to generate customer interest.
  • Document and record information to support telesales tasks.
  • Manage assigned sales leads with a high closure rate.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare for scheduled sales calls and follow up.
  • Develop understanding of the company's culture and products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Inside Sales.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • To proactively make outbound calls to customers to push Micro SME products & services
  • Aggressively using appropriate sales tools/script, product knowledge provided and communications skills, to generate sales and customer interest over sales calls
  • To carry flexible and creative in dealing with customer especially in handling and performing proper documentation & recording information to support daily telesales work task. i.e: Enter, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
  • Manage all focus sales leads that are being assigned with proper and high closure rate for all sales calls.
  • Ensure the assigned all sales targets assigned are met or exceeded
  • Daily preparation for schedule sales calls, follow up and proactive corresponding with all support party in good time management.
  • Continually develop an understanding of the company’s culture, Micro SME products & services, ethical initiatives, other areas of business, and reflect this in everyday performance.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Head of Inside Sales.
