  • Achieve individual sales targets as set by the company or project.

Telesales Consultant (Outbound)

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Telesales Consultant (Outbound). The successful candidate will conduct outbound sales calls, engage potential customers, and promote products or services in a professional manner.

Requirements
  • Malaysian citizen or legally permitted to work in Malaysia.
  • Minimum educational qualification: SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree.
  • Preferably at least one (1) year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, direct sales, or contact center roles.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possesses a pleasant personality and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to start work immediately (training will be provided).
