Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-up with potential customers from provided databases.
- Preferably candidates with experience in sales, telesales, call centers, or customer service.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services confidently to prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets/KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Accurately record sales activities and call logs in Google Sheets.
- Provide constructive feedback on product/service improvements based on customer interactions, including handling complaints and inquiries.
- Maintain a strong understanding of financial products, markets, and relevant regulations.
- Deliver clear and effective communication, with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably candidates specializing in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or related fields.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is required, with confidence in speaking English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all customer levels.
- Ability to provide high-quality service to both external and internal customers.
- Team player with a strong sense of accountability and cooperation.
- Passionate about sales, resilient in the face of challenges.
- Goal-oriented and enthusiastic about achieving performance targets.
- Confident in telephone communication and cold calling.
Compensation Package
- Basic Salary: RM2,000
- Commission: Up to RM2,000 (performance-based)
