Qualifications

Purpose of the Role

To support our commercial team in the outreach and engagement of our customers and consumers, with deployment of the latest data analytics and segmentation tools.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage and build good rapport with existing customers, with the aim to achieve win‑win business outcome for both parties.
  • Manage and respond promptly to customers’ enquiries received via the Sales hotline, order placement system and digital channels.
  • Follow up on sales orders to ensure that the orders have been processed and delivered on time.
  • Inform customers of sales promotions, upcoming events etc.
  • Support the field force in following up on any outstanding issues and feedback from customers.
  • Review and plan relevant target customer list, with the use of data analytics tools, for intended sales messaging to ensure effective sales – existing, lapsed and new opportunities.
  • Promote focused products with key messages in line with the brands’ marketing strategy to your assigned customers via phone calls, emails etc.
  • Collate customers’ feedback on assigned products based on performance and changes observed for reporting back to management.
  • Review and work out an action plan including call plan at the beginning of each month to achieve set target.
Customer Database Management
  • Update Client database on a regular basis to better aid customer segmentation.
  • Maintain existing email database collected by the field force/digital platforms.
Others
  • Achievement of call and attendance KPIs as per assigned.
  • In compliance with Company’s policies and SOPs.
  • Support all ad‑hoc CRM or MCE projects or programs as assigned.
What will make you successful

Must‑Have

  • Minimum Diploma in Bioscience, Sales & Marketing, or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years’ sales experience, with prior telemarketing experience preferred.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office (word, excel).
