A telecommunications company in Malaysia seeks a Telecommunication Property Executive/Manager to manage site acquisitions, conduct technical surveys, and oversee leasing operations. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with a Diploma or Degree, proficient in Microsoft Office, and has strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities also include liaising with authorities, managing construction materials, and preparing reports. Willingness to travel across Malaysia is necessary.
Plan and acquire suitable sites for telecommunications infrastructure projects in compliance with RF planning requirements, zoning rules, and land-use regulations.
Conduct technical site surveys to assess candidate locations for tower or pole installations, including site access, feasibility, and regulatory constraints.
Negotiate lease acquisitions, renewals, and amendments with property owners to secure tenancy for telecom structures.
Oversee leasing operations by managing work assignments, tracking timelines, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
Coordinate site visits with technical teams and relevant departments, ensuring all required approvals, permits, and documentation are in place.
Obtain landlord approvals for construction drawings, technical reports, and other technical submissions prior to installation.
Manage equipment and materials for construction projects, including vendor coordination, installation scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Liaise with local councils, utility providers, and authorities to secure necessary site permits and approvals.
Prepare progress updates, reports, and ensure smooth handover to clients upon project completion.
Travel to project locations across Malaysia when required.
