Job Overview

The Enablement and Innovation Specialist helps drive Technology’s community enablement, learning, and adoption strategy across APAC. The role fosters a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation, building sustainable practice communities, improving engagement with learning tools, and strengthening SEEK’s tech employer brand regionally.

The Role
  • Build and sustain technology communities across disciplines (engineering, data/AI, architecture, product/design) to promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs (playbooks, clinics, champions, office hours) that accelerate adoption of tools, practices, and ways of working.
  • Develop and manage technical learning pathways and a unified learning calendar to drive participation and skill growth across Technology.
  • Lead local innovation initiatives such as Hackathons and external community events, coordinating delivery and translating insights into actionable outcomes.
  • Measure and report learning engagement and adoption outcomes, using data to inform improvements in programs and platforms.
  • Adapt global programs for local relevance, ensuring consistent alignment while tailoring experiences to regional needs.
  • Represent Enablement & Innovation in KL, building strong stakeholder relationships and championing learning, collaboration, and innovation within the Technology community.

  • Experience working across cultures and regions, and managing vendors, budgets, and governance.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Communications, or Education.
