Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in managing operators and line leaders.

Job Description

• Supervise a group of operators to meet daily output, quality and delivery targets.
• Plan and assign operators to respective tasks with minimum headcount.
• Assist Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor to request direct and indirect materials and to transfer finished goods to store.
• Improve the yield quality and productivity and accountability.
• Ensure that approved procedures are implemented and that all staff adhere to these procedures compliant with SOP standard.
• Ensure that operators under supervision are adequately trained and qualified to perform their duties.
• Ensure good housekeeping in work areas.
• Keep Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor informed of any potential problems – two‑way communication.
• Change over process as setup mold, plug, change date code, pressure / cooling box setup, punching process setup – which need skill knowledge to handle.
• Support production process Pressure forming, Geiss forming, CNC trimming and assembly work.
• Update ISO 9001 checklist for forming, punching, inspection, packing and reporting.
• Capable to perform continuous improvement for Forming, Punching and Trimming.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification for this position is Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
• Understand / able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Have working experience in the industrial field at least a year.
• Able to manage operator, line leader.
• Able to operate machine forming Pressure forming, Geiss, CNC Trimming Geiss and assembly works.
