Job description

Responsible for performing "Fix Right First Time" servicing, repairing and maintenance of customer cars as stated in the repair order and in accordance with the Company Standard.

Job responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
• Follow, validate and complete work instructions provided on Repair Orders according to principal standards.
• Maintain a high repair standard to ensure a one-time fix.
• Report in writing any repair or defect which may render a vehicle unsafe.
• Create and transmit Vehicle Diagnostic Logs for every repair.
• Take appropriate precautions to ensure vehicles are not damaged while under repair.
• Complete administration duties directly after completing a repair.
• Ensure the status of vehicles are properly updated.
• Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements.
• Any other duties as requested by the immediate superior.

Job requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma in Automobile field or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in automotive service and repair or related field.
• Preferably working experience in repairing continental cars (Volkswagen, Volvo, MINI, Mercedes, Audi and etc.).
• Possess strong self-discipline, time management skills, able to work in a team with a positive attitude towards learning.
• Able to work under a fast-paced environment.
