Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute work orders for corrective and programmed maintenance of electrical services, including low voltage systems, luminaires, electrical equipment, earthing systems, generator sets, extra low voltage, and uninterruptible power supply systems.
• Perform regular periodic checks on all low voltage systems in accordance with Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) regulations.
• Supervise repairs and maintenance of all electrical breakdowns within the LV system.
• Ensure the efficient operation of electrical and mechanical installations such as power supply and distribution systems, lighting, fire protection, air conditioning, water supply, standby generators, and building maintenance services.
• Maintain the safety and security of all mechanical and electrical rooms, including standby generator rooms, LV switch rooms, chiller plants, water pump rooms, and switch rooms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors or the company.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a Class A4 Chargeman Certificate.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in property or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems applicable to high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-development properties.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, reliability, and initiative.
