Responsibilities

• Responsible in installation and troubleshoot new game machines
• Liable in maintenance and repairing work relating to game machines, office equipment and fixtures.
• To carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs of machineries for optimal performance.
• Ensure the game machines can be safely used
• Minimize machineries downtime by acting promptly whenever required.
• To liaise with contractor on contract service.
• To carry out electrical related equipment repair and service.
• Train and develop new recruit technician competencies

Requirements

• Able to speak in simple English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Strong technical skills for troubleshooting and repairing arcade machines.
• Experience in electronics and mechanical systems.
• Ability to maintain and upgrade gaming equipment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Possess knowledge about basic IT terms like IP addresses, computer modems, and routers
• Experience in handling tasks such as connecting and disconnecting network cables from modems, wiring network cables, ensuring machinery motors are functioning, and troubleshooting machine problems is preferred
