Respond promptly and address all customers’ cases within stipulated working days upon receiving the service request

Conduct QC test on products and trouble shooting

Work closely with customer care team, to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, preferable with a valid A0 Chargeman certificate.
• Candidates with at least two (2) years of working experience relating to outdoor servicing or Quality Control are encouraged to apply.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel. Those with GDL license would be advantages.
• Mature, well organized with excellent customer service skills.
• Good command of both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to start work in short notice.

• Technician for Klang Valley has to report work in Distribution & Service Center at Telok Gong, Port Klang, while Technician from outstation will have to report to center regularly as per instruction from the Department Head.
