Requirements

Acquired SPM/Diploma/SKM or equivalent.

Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Prioritize on candidate have recognized certificate or vocational school training in air conditioning and refrigeration.

Prioritize on candidate have minimum of 3 years of experience working as an air‑conditioner technician.

Knowledge of electrical wiring, controls, and chiller and air conditioning systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Possess problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid GDL permit and ability to travel for business trip/ outstation.

Scope of work/ Responsibilities

Assist Service Engineer in service operation routine works such as troubleshoot and diagnose problems with chiller/ air conditioning systems and recommend to customer necessary repairs.

To perform installation, maintenance and repair work on chiller and air conditioning systems including electrical wiring, and controls.

To perform regular maintenance on chiller and air conditioning systems to ensure they work in optimum condition.

To communicate effectively with customers and feedback the work that needs to be done and provide recommendations for future maintenance or repairs.

Follow and practice safety procedures and guidelines during work at site and feedback any unsafe work or unsafe act condition.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies in HVAC field and market.
