What You’ll Do

• Provide web hosting support
• Provide support for domains and email setup.
• Manage and resolve support tickets promptly.
• Assist with cPanel, WHM, and basic server tasks.
• Troubleshoot email client issues (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc).
• Update and maintain websites, plugins, and content.
• Work with internal teams to elevate complex issues.
• Engage customers and identify upselling opportunities.

What You Bring
