Technical Support Advisor – O365 – Mandarin Speaker

Possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting. You will also need to be able to examine possible workarounds and escalations as required.

Manage enquiries from tickets, emails, inbound calls

Experience in the enterprise customer arena

Excellent written, oral and presentation skills

Troubleshooting knowledge & skills

Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management

Passion for new innovative technology and drive customer transformation

Ability to deliver presentations and discuss complimentary products at a solutions level

Ability to handle customer critical issues and work in difficult situations

Responsibilities
  • Mail Flow Management:
  • Monitor and manage email traffic to ensure efficient delivery and receipt of emails.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve email-related issues, such as delivery failures and spam filtering.
  • Configure and maintain mail flow rules and policies.
  • Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Perform regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide support to end-users for Office 365-related issues.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of Office 365 applications.
Mandatory Skillsets
  • Open to fresh graduates who have a strong understanding in troubleshooting and want to develop their career in this path
  • Understanding 365 core services: Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
  • Ability to troubleshoot 365 environments, SharePoint, SCCM and Intune
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and managing Cloud products
  • Understanding of 365 Attribute Management, including User Objects, 365 Groups, Exchange Shared Mailboxes and License Management
  • Understanding of Active Directory, Exchange server deployments and 365 functionality
  • Troubleshooting experience with Mail Flow
  • Able to speak, read and write Mandarin to support China/Taiwan market
