Responsibilities
  • Subject Matter Expert on focus product, build of customer SOE.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to EUC business primarily on EUC product solutions, HP Techpluse and Teradici.
  • Study, analyze, integrate and architect infrastructure solution according to customer’s business, technical and operational requirement.
  • Assists in bidding efforts including solution architecting, preparation of BOM & quotation, liaising with partner/principal on technical aspects, solution verifications, proposal writeup, customer presentations, clarifications, proof of concepts and other related activities.
  • Provide technical advice and support to Level 1, 2 and 3 Engineers.
  • Customer support on-site and off-site and provide remote troubleshooting if needed.
  • Attend to high severity incidents on and off-site.
  • Prepare and follow-up on incident reports if any while update, review and submit incident tickets in a timely manner in FSMS to meet contractual SLA.
  • Lead problem management and resolution in the support product.
  • Review and coordinate with the technical team to prepare problem management reports and monitor to ensure problem management reports are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with principal and being technical champion for assigned solution/ products/ technology.
  • Liaise with internal or 3rd party deployment team to ensure success deployment of projects.
  • Interface with customer to provide consultancy services.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Must possess a strong desire to pursue and develop future career in pre‑sales area, to focus on design, architecting and sales support.
  • Design and Implementation experience on HP products and solutions included Tech Pulse, Teradici are mandatory.
  • Designing and implementation experience in SOE and Network image deployment.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Good documentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Good inter‑personal and communications skill with all levels.
  • Self‑motivated, self‑driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work under tight schedule to meet stringent project timeline.
