Technical & QC Support (IT, Computer Science and Networking)
The Technical Support personnel is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all technical systems and equipment developed by the company.
Responsibilities
- Support the efficient and effective delivery of all technical aspects of company-developed systems.
- Perform repair and maintenance of equipment and system peripherals.
- Assist engineers, technicians, and relevant professionals with installation, technical advice, hands-on assistance, and user training.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish IPC components, hardware system controllers, and assembly boards.
- Provide technical support for any escalated service requests.
- Perform new system installations, software upgrades, housekeeping, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Prepare system designs and technical drawings in compliance with relevant standards.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Willing to travel as required.
- Hands-on experience with computers and electronic devices.
- Good interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation.

Job Description
The QC Support personnel will work closely with the QC Engineer to ensure system quality through thorough testing, troubleshooting, and support during system implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work with the QC Engineer to conduct system testing in the lab and on-site.
- Assist Project Engineers during system implementation, including software installation, patches, and release updates.
- Address software‑related issues reported by clients.
- Perform commissioning, installation, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of workstations and other equipment provided to clients.
- Commission, install, upgrade, repair, and maintain system software for company-delivered products.
- Conduct pre‑user testing to ensure smooth operation of all software components.
- Carry out on‑site software upgrades, housekeeping, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain company computer systems, including hardware and software configuration and issue resolution.
- Monitor and maintain client systems and resolve system-related issues when required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Networking or Computer Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel.
- Hands-on experience with computers and electronic devices.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
