The role is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fast growing and fast paced divisions within Access. This position serves as the critical link between technical implementations and outstanding customer service, ensuring clients receive excellent technical onboarding experiences throughout their relationship with Access.

  • Oversee technical onboarding initiatives across diverse product portfolios, platforms, and client demographics
  • Lead concurrent project management with superior organizational capabilities and context management across varying technical ecosystems
  • Responsible for ongoing enhancement of our Technical Onboarding methodology and framework evolution
  • Identify process constraints, develop strategic solutions, and execute improvements that accelerate client success outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment, configuration, and system upgrade workflows
  • Proactively identify automation potential, workflow enhancements, and technical efficiencies
  • Focus on maximizing technical implementation efficiency while maintaining exceptional client experience standards
  • Drive rapid technology adoption and maintain proficiency across new technologies, APIs, and frameworks
  • Provide expert-level analytical and diagnostic capabilities for resolving sophisticated technical challenges
  • Deliver outstanding client experiences throughout technical implementation phases

Your skills and experiences should include:

Technical Competencies

Accelerated Technology Adoption: Proven track record of rapidly acquiring proficiency in new technologies, APIs, frameworks, and software ecosystems with minimal guidance

Database Management: Comprehensive experience with SQL Server, including performance optimization, data architecture design, and administrative functions

Systems Integration: Thorough understanding of relational database systems, web services, API connectivity, and cloud-based infrastructure

Windows Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks, Active Directory management and user provisioning, Internet Information Services (IIS) configuration and troubleshooting, and Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) administration for secure system access

Advanced Problem Resolution:gzip Expert-level analytical and diagnostic capabilities for resolving sophisticated technical challenges across diverse technology environments
