Responsibilities and requirements for a position in IT/telecommunication environment with focus on system and application installation, configuration, testing, and support in contact centre, back office, CRM, networking or digital channel communications.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, testing and implement system and application in contact centre and back office environment, CRM or networking or digital channel communication.
- Conduct first level troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Assist in case escalation to product principal while ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining high quality standards.
- Support network infrastructure, daily system operation check, schedule backup and server accordingly.
- Assist customers in patch updates, prepare and submitting project requirement and reports.
- Coordinate job requests and update the project manager on all related project matters.
- Ensure all the required project documentation is performed accordingly.
Additional Requirement
- Knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting system if any
- Self-motivated achievers with initiative, an enthusiasm to learn
- Can work independently and in a team
- Good communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face)
- Willing to work overtime
- Own transportation - car/motorcycle
